Honeywell Elster RABO G40 DN50 Rotary Gas Meter

The Honeywell Elster RABO G40 DN50 CLASS150 is a rotary-piston (positive-displacement) gas meter for industrial and commercial metering, sized DN50 with a flow range of 0.32 to 65 m³/h (Qmin to Qmax, EN 12480:2015 accuracy class AC 10). Two counter-rotating rotary pistons sweep a fixed cyclic volume of 0.97 dm³ per revolution, driving a mechanical roller-counter index that reads directly in m³ (1 m³ = 10 Imp on the low-frequency pulse output). Rated to a maximum operating pressure of 20 bar with an internal volume of 1.36 L, it covers a storage temperature range of -40°C to +70°C and an operating range of -25°C to +70°C, and is ATEX certified for use in hazardous areas — hazardous area rating II 2G Ex h IIC T4 Gb, IECEx TUR 16.0042X, CE 0085. The unit shown is fitted with the optional ENCODER S1D low-frequency pulse output module for remote/electronic reading; a plain mechanical-index version without the encoder is also available.
