The Vanaz R2323 is a compact 1" flanged-end high-pressure regulator for LPG, natural gas and N2 service, stepping down inlet pressures of 1–17 kg/cm² (bar) to a controlled, spring-adjustable outlet of 0.5–10 kg/cm² (bar) at flows up to 100 Nm³/Hr. It is the smallest flanged variant in the R23-series, connecting via a 25mm (1") ANSI 150# class flanged end, suited for lower-flow gas train installations. Built with an SGCI body, aluminium bonnet and brass trim parts by Vanaz Engineers Ltd., Pune, it includes an inline filter that must be cleaned periodically to keep the regulator operating trouble-free.
