Vanaz R2322 Industrial Gas Pressure Regulator

The Vanaz R2322 (formerly known as the R2307) is a heavy-duty, high-pressure industrial gas regulator manufactured by Vanaz Engineers, built for the controlled reduction and stabilization of high-pressure gases in demanding industrial applications such as high-pressure gas manifold systems, steel plant oxygen lancing and CO2 supply networks in the soft drink industry. Rated for 200–250 Kg/cm² inlet down to a 5–30 Kg/cm² adjustable outlet (specialized variants up to 10–80 Kg/cm²) at flow rates of 150–350 Nm³/hr, it is built with a forged brass body and bonnet with brass internal trim components, and is compatible with Oxygen, CO2, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen, CNG and LPG. Outlet pressure is set via the top adjusting screw — clockwise increases downstream delivery pressure, counterclockwise decreases it — and it is ideally deployed as a first-stage, primary intermediate regulator directly downstream of bulk gas storage or manifold systems. Internal elastomers and valve seats can be inspected or replaced without removing the main body from the pipeline. Manufactured by Vanaz Engineers Ltd, Pune.
