The Vanaz R2316 is a flanged-end high-pressure regulator for LPG, natural gas and N2 service, stepping down inlet pressures of 1–17 kg/cm² (bar) to a controlled, spring-adjustable outlet of 0.5–10 kg/cm² (bar) at flows up to 250 Nm³/Hr. Unlike the threaded-end R2304 series, it connects via a 40mm (1.5") ANSI 150# class flanged end, making it suited for bolted gas train installations. Built with an SGCI body, aluminium bonnet and brass trim parts by Vanaz Engineers Ltd., Pune, it includes an inline filter that must be cleaned periodically to keep the regulator operating trouble-free.
