Siemens QRA50M UV Flame Detector

The Siemens QRA50M is a self-checking ultraviolet (UV) flame detector engineered for continuous-operation industrial burners (systems running uninterrupted for more than 24 hours). Its die-cast aluminium housing mounts directly to the burner flange via two studs and uses an internal rotating shutter (roughly 3 interruptions per second) to constantly verify the sensor's own health, with a 190-240 nm UV spectral range. Rated IP54 for ambient temperatures of -20°C to +60°C, it uses the 4 502 4268 0 replacement UV cell for servicing and is designed to pair with the Siemens LFE50 burner controller for supervising gas flames, yellow- or blue-burning oil flames, and ignition spark proving. Made in Germany by Siemens; this Serie 02 unit is a legacy model that Siemens has discontinued, but remains stocked by RKIC as a critical spare part.
