Siemens QRA2M UV Flame Detector

The Siemens QRA2M is the high-sensitivity version of the standard QRA2 UV flame detector, identifiable by its green terminal cover (the normal-sensitivity QRA2 uses a black cover), designed for supervising gas flames, yellow- or blue-burning oil flames, and ignition spark proving. Its housing is a robust plastic shell that is metalised to prevent static charging from burner fan airflow, designed for flange-and-clamp mounting directly on the burner. Rated IP40 and weighing about 60g, it has a nominal UV cell life of around 10,000 hours at 50°C, and is built by Siemens for use with a wide range of burner controls including the LFL, LFE, LMG and LMV series via AGQ adapters.
