Gas Burner Sequence Controller SRG-21

The R.K. Instruments & Controls SRG-21 is an in-house manufactured 16-step burner sequence controller for industrial gas-fired burners, supporting both single and double stage gas burner operation. Rated for a 230 VAC supply with a power consumption of 3.5 VA to 5.0 VA, it is available in plug-in base or panel-mount configurations for flexible installation. The controller drives dedicated Blower (BL) and Ignition (IG) outputs along with two solenoid valve outputs (SV1, SV2) for staged gas trains, accepts a UV flame sensor input (UV), and provides an Alarm (AL) output on lockout, with a front-panel manual RESET button and status LEDs for Power, Stage-2, Valve 1 (V1), Flame (FLM), Valve 2 (V2) and Alarm (AL). Manufactured and supplied by R.K. Instruments & Controls for industrial gas-fired heating applications, and also supplied on an OEM basis to other panel builders.
