Custom Ignition Electrode — Ignitor, Flame Rod & Sensor Probe

R.K. Instruments & Controls manufactures and supplies Ignition Electrodes — also known as Ignitors, Igniters, Ionization Electrodes, Spark Rods, Flame Ionisation Probes, Flame Rods and Flame Sensors — for burner and boiler ignition and flame-proving applications. Each electrode is built to order with a tubular ceramic insulator available from 6 mm to 15 mm diameter and 50 mm (2") to 1000 mm (40") in length, with electrode and insulator lengths customised to the exact configuration required. Insulators are offered in low-loss, alkali-free steatite (glazed or unglazed, natural satin-smooth finish) or 92-95% Aluminium Oxide ceramic, with SAE, D4 or M4 connection types and straight or angled electrode tips. Wiring material, connection style and insulator grade can all be specified on demand for burner and boiler OEMs and service applications.
