R.K. Instruments & Controls supplies these 90° L-shaped ceramic cap connectors, used as ignition spark cable boots that terminate the HT ignition cable directly onto a burner's spark/flame-rod electrode terminal. Both variants share a Female Rayal Ø6.35mm snap-on spring coupling electrode, a self-threading screw-pin termination into Ø7mm silicone HT cable, glazed industrial ceramic insulation rated to 20kV dielectric withstand, IP10 protection, and mounting in any orientation. The Small (35mm) variant has a 32mm horizontal depth (12.5mm socket depth), Ø18mm/Ø13.1mm electrode bore, Ø15mm/Ø8mm cable-entry bore, weighs ~30g, has no EMC filter, is rated -20°C to +300°C, and is intended for ignition electrode coupling only. The Long (56mm) variant has a 32mm horizontal depth (13mm socket depth), Ø20mm/Ø14.5mm electrode bore, Ø15mm/Ø9.5mm cable-entry bore, weighs ~48g, carries an integrated 1kΩ ceramic suppressor resistor to attenuate ignition-spark EMI/EMC noise, is rated -20°C to +250°C, and is used for both ignition and flame-detection (ionization) electrodes — its built-in resistor helps prevent false flame signals and controller lockouts caused by spark-discharge interference. Both are high-temperature-ceramic alternatives to standard bakelite cap connectors for burner hoods running at elevated ambient temperatures.
