The MADAS MTC10 is an automatic valve-proving (leak-tightness) control unit that checks the shut-off valves of a gas train for leaks before every burner start, per EN 1643. It monitors 1 or 2 MADAS solenoid valves (EVP / CB-CK series, DN15–DN100) together with 1 or 2 pressure switches (EN 1854), running a roughly 60-second test cycle on each start; front-panel FAULT/OK LEDs (with separate V1/V2 valve-status and P/pressure indicators) show the result, and a RESET button clears a fault lockout. Rated 110V or 230V AC, 3.2 VA, with a 2A working output and 1A fault output (6.3A delayed fuse), IP65 enclosure rated -20°C to +60°C for any mounting position. A standard MADAS gas-train safety accessory for industrial burner and heating plants, used wherever automatic valve-proving is mandated ahead of the solenoid valves.
