Madas Flanged Gas Train System DN50

The Madas DN50 Flanged Gas Train System is a complete, pre-assembled gas supply control line for industrial burners, built up from inlet to outlet as: a manual shut-off ball valve for inlet isolation, an in-line gas filter (Madas FM series, 50 micron element) to trap particulates, a spring-loaded diaphragm gas pressure regulator (Madas RG/2MC series) with breather/vent piping and a pressure gauge for monitoring regulated line pressure, a minimum gas pressure switch (Madas PSM series) for low-pressure interlock, and two normally-closed, manual-reset safety shut-off solenoid valves (Madas M16/RM series) wired in series for redundant shut-off. Rated for up to 500 mbar regulated pressure with a 230V AC coil supply and a -15°C to +60°C ambient range, it is built to EN 676, EN 88-1, EN 13611 and EN 161 standards for industrial combustion systems.
