Madas AG/RC DN25 Air/Gas Ratio Regulator

The Madas AG/RC DN25 (Part No. AG04) is an air/gas zero governor and ratio regulator used on burner and gas-train lines to keep gas supply pressure matched to combustion-air pressure across the firing range. It works either as a zero regulator, holding downstream pressure at zero (atmospheric) regardless of flow, or as an air/gas ratio controller, maintaining a constant gas/air ratio as air pressure varies. Sized for DN25 (Rp 1″) connections with a built-in 50µm filter, it is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 500 mbar and an outlet control range of 0.2 to 120 mbar, with a 1:1–1:10 adjustable ratio as marked on this unit. Certified to EN 88-1 and EN 13611, it is rated for a −15°C to +60°C ambient temperature range. Manufactured by MADAS s.r.l., Verona, Italy.
