The Honeywell Eclipse 13093-3 is an ionization flame rod (detection electrode) used to confirm flame presence on industrial process burners and Eclipse AH (Airheat) burners via flame rectification, where ions in the burner flame conduct a small electrical current back to the flame safeguard control. It has a 76mm (3 in.) rod length that can be trimmed on-site to suit varying low-fire and high-fire flame lengths, a 4.8mm diameter Kanthal electrode set in a ceramic insulator, and mounts via a 1/4 in. NPT thread. Rated for continuous operation from 25 degC to 1450 degC. Manufactured by Honeywell Eclipse.
