The Dungs MultiBloc MB-DLE 405 B01 S20 is a compact combination gas control unit that integrates a microfilter, an adjustable pressure regulator and two safety solenoid shut-off valves in a single cast housing — reducing the number of separate fittings, joints and potential leak points needed in a burner gas line. Rated for inlet pressures up to 360 mbar (36 kPa) with a regulated outlet of 4–20 mbar, it is built with an Rp 1/2" (DN15) threaded connection, a 220–230V AC coil supply (32 VA), and an aluminium die-cast body with NBR/silicone seals rated for -15°C to +70°C ambient service. It accepts mountable Dungs GW/NB/ÜB-series pressure switches (per DIN EN 1854) for min/max pressure interlock, and is certified to DIN EN 161 Class A Group 2 and DIN EN 88 Class A for gas families 1, 2 and 3. Commonly used on atmospheric boilers, furnaces and small-to-medium gas burners as a space-saving, all-in-one gas train. Manufactured by Dungs, Germany.
