The Dungs DN65 Flanged Gas Train System is a complete, pre-assembled gas supply control line for industrial burners, built up from inlet to outlet as: a manual shut-off ball valve for inlet isolation, an in-line gas filter (Dungs GF series, 50 micron element) to trap particulates, an inlet pressure gauge with push-button test cock, a double solenoid safety shut-off valve (Dungs DMV-D / DMV-DLE) fitted with a gas pressure switch (GW/UB series) for min/max pressure interlock and an integrated Valve Proving System (VPS 504) for automatic leak-tightness testing before burner start, an intermediate flanged spool piece with auxiliary test points, a spring-loaded diaphragm gas pressure regulator (Dungs FRS / FRNG series) with impulse feedback and breather/vent ports, and an outlet pressure gauge for monitoring regulated manifold pressure to the burner. Rated for up to 500 mbar inlet pressure with a fast (under 1 second) safety closing time, compliant with EN 676 / EN 746-2 for industrial combustion systems. Manufactured by Dungs.
