Danfoss EBI4 CM Ignition Transformer

The Danfoss EBI4 CM is a 2-pole, centre-grounded ignition transformer from the EBI4 "C" continuous-duty series, rated for 100% ED operation for applications needing sustained sparking rather than short intermittent bursts. It steps up a 230V, 50-60Hz, 60VA primary supply to two 7.5kV secondary outputs at 30mA, with the centre-grounded configuration providing extra protection against shock hazard on oil burner installations. Manufactured by Danfoss in Nordborg, Denmark, it is part of the EBI4 series succeeding the well-known Danfoss EBI range, built for domestic and light commercial oil and gas burner ignition duty.
